All Time Great Test Cricket Team.

I have always fancied how the greatest of test cricket team of all times would look alike.Just imagine the thrill and delight of watching all these stalwarts in one team defying time frame. It is my personal choice, so my respectful regards are due to many of the omitted great players; who can not figure out in this team. This imaginary team consists of my heroes,i have great love and fondness for them.It is my way of showing my heart felt tribute to their mesmerising cricketing prowess.
So here is the greatest test team of all times-

1-Sunil Gavaskar (India)
2-Sachin Tendulkar (India)
3-Sir-Donald Bradman (Australia)
(CAPTAIN)
4-Vivian Richards ( West Indies)
5-Barry Richards (South Africa)
6-Garfield Sobers (West Indies)
7-Kapil Dev (India)
8-Alan Knott (England)
9-Ian Botham (England)
10-Jeff Thomson (Australia)
11-Malcom Marshall (West Indies)
12-Dennis Lillee (Australia)
As an opening batsman, Sunil Gavaskar is the best option as he has thrashed the fastest as well as best of spin bowling in his times, that too without helmet.Sachin Tendulkar is other opener with him and he is just better than any one else. The Master Blaster is the best match with The Little Master to open the innings.
Sir Donald Bradman comes at number two slot.He is simply the Idol of Idols as Sunny Gavaskar calls him in his book 'Idols'.Vivian Richards is number three batsman. He can smash any bowling attack into pulp, the hard hitting batsman he is.Barry Richards comes at number four.He is a master batsman and really a dependable one.Garfield Sobers is the greatest all rounder of Cricket History,so his place is always confirm and he can perform with both bat and ball, and so can Kapil Dev and Ian Botham;both are aggressive batsmen and excellent pacers. Both are team men and want to make their presence felt in every part of the game.Kapil is a razor sharp fielder too.Alan Knott is the artist of wicket-keeping craft. He is the best choice as the ace wicket keeper.Jeff Thomson and Dennis Lillee have been Australia's fast bowling duo who helped Australia to became number one side in early seventies to mid seventies, before the emergence of West Indies on the scenario. That duo was the thunder storm of bowling.Malcom Marshall was very fast and very dangereous.
I hope i have justified my selection.Any way;your comments are always very welcome, friends.
